Rich, indulgent and made for serious chocolate lovers. Our Chocolate Truffle & Drip Birthday Cake combines layers of moist chocolate sponge with silky chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream for a beautifully rich chocolate flavour.

Finished by hand with smooth chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream, a dark chocolate drip, chocolate truffles and hand-piped Swiss meringue buttercream decoration, this tall chocolate cake makes an impressive centrepiece for birthdays and special celebrations.

Each cake is freshly baked and decorated to order by our cake team at Miller Cake Studio in Dublin.

8" x 6" – approximately 40 party servings

The cake pictured is our 6" x 6" size and serves approximately 20 party portions.

Collection

Collection is free from our Marlay Park studio in Dublin 16. Please allow a minimum of 3 days' notice and select your preferred collection date and time when ordering.

Serving & storage

Our cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature. For the best flavour and texture, remove your cake from refrigeration before serving. Cakes will keep fresh for approximately 3–4 days when stored correctly.

Please note that all our cakes are prepared in a kitchen where nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame and gluten are handled.
